It has been 5 years since the last visit to shoot full view of Kek Lok Si building. I went there again yesterday evening with some photo shooting buddies. We reached the hill side around 6:30PM for early preparation such as finding a good spot to set up tripod as no surprise that the small area will end up with 20-40 photographers standing around to capture the same scenery. Usually the lights of Kek Lok Si will be switched on around 7:30PM - 7:45PM. This time we were lucky as they switched on the lights on time and the sky was still looking dramatically. During the golden hour from 7:30PM - 8:00PM, I tried to play with different White Balance setting to create different ambiance and I found fluorescent suited my preference the most.
